Recommended Starting Policy:
Clarity Session payments are non-refundable once booked.
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
90-Day Program payments are non-refundable once testing has been
ordered, onboarding has begun, or protocol work has started. Before testing and
onboarding begin, rescheduling or transfer options may be reviewed case by case.
Supplements, testing kits, lab orders, third-party fees, merchant processing fees,
and shipping costs are non-refundable once ordered or processed.
Membership payments renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date.
Membership benefits remain available through the paid period.
